In late April and early May, Centurylink started offering faster internet speeds. Many of us have upgraded and are now happy Netflix downloaders. Wireless links inside your own home are also faster and more reliable. You must buy a new router to get faster service ($100). Contact Centurylink if they haven't contacted you by now.

| Use of Casitas Pool Rebuffed |

The Board has asked the Management of the Rancho Manana Casitas whether Rancho Manana Subdivision residents (and guests) could pay to use their pool. They have declined, citing heavy pool use from their own time share guests. The good news is that the Casitas are again flourishing, after having been closed for a couple of years. Some of you have rented Casitas in the past for your own overflow guests. Members of the Golf Club may pay a monthly fee to use the pool. The Spa remains closed.

The annual picnic was held in the 54th St. cul-de-sac on Saturday, March 23. Between 50-60 of you chowed down on Horny Toad food.
